NOTE: Empower does not provide their own POA Document. Your attorney can assist you in completing and submitting your POA. Web resources that we have learned about are FreeWill.com or eForms.com for a free state-specific Durable Financial POA form, but we have no direct experience with either. Your POA must include retirement plan transaction authority and be notarized. If you have a complex situation (international address, estate planning concerns, legal disputes) you should consult an attorney.
